Required Presentation Information

Please submit your biography and headshot photo. These will be used as part of the event app, online programme and other event communication.

When submitting your biography, please could you ensure this is no longer than 300 words and contains no images or graphics. 

When submitting your headshot photo, please could we request that it is in the following format:

  • PNG or JPG/JPEG format
  • At least 1000x1000 pixels
  • Minimum size 250KB, maximum size 2MB
  • Only one person in the photo (no zooming in on group photos please) 
  • Preferably neutral background
  • Head straight and upright
  • Head and shoulder shot only (no full body photos) 
  • No sunglasses,
  • Not too close or too far away from the camera
  • No commercial logos

Additional Presentation Information

If you have been asked to give a presentation, please submit your final presentation slides via this portal. If your slides are not yet finalised, you may revisit this link at any time to edit and resubmit them. If you're unsure whether your speaking role requires a presentation, please contact hello@miceconcierge.com for clarification.

Deadline:
Please upload your final presentation by Thursday, 24 April to allow sufficient time for review and testing.

Presentation Slide Specifications:
To ensure the best quality, please follow these guidelines for your slides:

  • Optimum format: 16:9
  • Preferred resolution: 2352 x 1344 (1920 x 1080 is also suitable)

 

Please note that pictures will be taken at the event, including participants, and will be used for communications following the event.

Airport Tour - Optional

If you would like to attend the Post-Conference Tour of YDA Dalaman Airport on the afternoon of 30 April please contact commerce@yda.aero to register.
Please note that there is a limited number of places available, so we recommend registering as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
